Brief Description: A hidden object game where players search for pandas hidden among large crowds.
My Roles:
Led the project end-to-end as th sole Product Owner and Game Designer, overseeing core gameplay, AI-assisted art production, level design, and meta systems.
Set up and analyzed product analytics tools to track user behavior and guide design iterations.
Managed a +10-person cross-functional team, coordinating designers, developers, artists, and QA.
Ensured smooth production flow, feature balance, and consistent build quality.
After data-driven evaluation, the project was strategically discontinued to allocate resources toward a larger-scale casual game initiative.
