A mobile sort puzzle-defense project developed by a 4-person core team, expanding to around 7 people with QA, UA, and marketing support during key phases. As Game Lead / Game Owner, I led the project from idea validation and roadmap planning to soft launch preparation, owning both product direction and hands-on design execution.

• Product Direction & Roadmap Planning (idea validation, product vision, feature prioritization, production roadmap)
• Cross-functional Team Leadership (alignment between art, design, development, QA, UA, and marketing)
• Core Gameplay & System Design (everything regarding the gameplay and systems)
• Master Sheet & Economy Balancing (progression structure, reward logic, level economy, balancing sheets, release notes, SFX list, All the Analytic work list)
• Level Design Direction & Implementation (Unity-based and spreadsheet-based level design workflows. Editor creation with Developer)
• Analytics & Data Structure (custom events, KPI tracking, analytics page setup, reporting workflows)
• Monetization & Ad Setup Direction (ad network list, IAA structure, placement logic)
